The Petition asks the Government to:-

-                     Introduce legislation to stop bullying now

-                     Produce one anti-bullying policy to be used by all schools, backed by legislation, showing disciplinary action, expulsion or civil or criminal penalties as necessary

-                     Produce a Code of Student Conduct to be used by all schools

-                     Require all schools to log every incident of bullying, a copy of which should be given to the parent/guardian and to HMI

-                     Require schools to exclude bullies and deal with them outwith the school environment

-                     Set up a Bullying Commission
